Responsibilities
• Own performance analytics and reporting across all marketing channels (social, email, paid media, website).
• Identify what's working, what's not, and make clear recommendations to guide content and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with the Social & Content Marketing Associate to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and executed efficiently.
• Oversee planning cycles — setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
E-commerce Launch & Operations
• Lead and own the full launch of Maana's online store, including platform setup, product upload, and customer experience design.
• Establish all shipping, fulfillment, and returns processes for domestic and international orders.

Inventory Management & Forecasting
